Semi-electric lifting stacker is a subcategory of electric stacker, between manual transporter and fully electric stacker. It uses a battery-driven hydraulic system to lift and lower goods (electric drive), but horizontal movement requires manpower (manual operation).

Main Features:
Power system: electric lifting and manual pushing.

The battery drives the hydraulic pump station (common 24V voltage) to convert electrical energy into hydraulic energy, push the oil cylinder to drive the chain to lift the mast, and realize the smooth lifting of the fork.
Lifting parameters:
The speed is about 0.1m/s, and the full load lifting height can reach 1.6-5.5 meters (depending on the model);
The speed is controlled by the pressure relief valve during descent to prevent cargo impact.
Manual pushing design:
Horizontal movement relies on manual pushing, the body is equipped with low-resistance nylon/polyurethane wheels, the turning radius is small, and it is suitable for narrow channel operations.
 

The high-strength C-shaped steel one-step forming process is adopted, and the overall frame of the gantry is made of alloy steel or heavy-duty steel, which has higher rigidity and bending resistance, and is 30% stronger than ordinary carbon steel.

The fork spacing can be flexibly adjusted by mechanical or hydraulic devices to adapt to pallets or goods of different sizes. The adjustment range can reach tens of centimeters depending on the model.
