(2) Efficient operation: The lifting speed of the electric hydraulic pump is 3-5 times faster than that of the manual type.
The pulley is made of alloy steel or wear-resistant nylon composite material, and the surface is hardened to reduce friction loss with the track and can withstand the impact load of frequent lifting operations.
The pulley group is embedded in the grooved track inside the C-type gantry to form a rolling guide structure to ensure that the fork can be lifted vertically without deviation.
Each plate chain is forged from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel with a yield strength of ≥1200MPa. The surface is carburized and hardened to significantly improve wear resistance and impact resistance.
1244 plate chains are connected in series through articulated shafts to form a flexible transmission belt. When a single chain is damaged, it can be quickly replaced to avoid the cost waste caused by overall replacement.
