The surface of the plate chain is covered with a composite wear-resistant coating (such as a tungsten carbide + polyurethane mixed layer) to reduce friction loss with the guide wheel. Combined with the automatic lubrication system, the service life can reach more than 100,000 cycles.
The fork end has a built-in spring lock and wedge-shaped slot, which automatically locks after adjustment to prevent the risk of displacement caused by vibration during transportation.
The gantry adopts high-strength C-shaped steel one-step forming process. The overall frame of the gantry is made of alloy steel or heavy-duty steel, which has higher rigidity and bending resistance, and is 30% stronger than ordinary carbon steel.
The gantry is designed as a closed C-shaped section, with integrated rollers and grooved tracks to ensure stability and load-bearing balance during lifting.
