Lifting performance
The typical lifting height is 4.5 meters, which can meet the needs of conventional storage shelves.
Regular operating range: The lifting height of semi-electric lift trucks is generally 1.6-3.5 meters, which is suitable for the storage and retrieval needs of standard storage shelves (layer height 1.5-3 meters).
Ultimate height capacity: Some models have a maximum lifting height of 4.5 meters by optimizing the gantry structure, but lightweight design is required to balance the load capacity.
When the lifting height reaches 4.5 meters, the load capacity decreases significantly, and it is recommended to load no more than 300-400kg.
The high-strength C-shaped steel one-step forming process is adopted, and the overall frame of the gantry is made of alloy steel or heavy-duty steel, which has higher rigidity and bending resistance, and is 30% stronger than ordinary carbon steel.
The fork spacing can be flexibly adjusted by mechanical or hydraulic devices to adapt to pallets or goods of different sizes. The adjustment range can reach tens of centimeters depending on the model.
