Designed for warehouse and logistics, the fully electric stand-up stacker is a specialized material handling machine. Its stand-on operation provides both flexibility and high efficiency.
This full electric stand-on stacker uses a high-capacity lead-acid or lithium-ion battery (typically 24V or 48V) to power its motor, enabling zero-emission, quiet operation. The motor drives a hydraulic pump, extending and retracting the cylinder via a chain drive for smooth fork lift and lower functionality (standard lift height: 2-5.5 meters).

Electric lifting system: a balance between precision and efficiency
Dual-cylinder lifting structure: dual hydraulic cylinders are used to push the gantry synchronously, and the 8-layer composite transmission chain is used to achieve smooth lifting of the fork. The lifting speed reaches 0.25m/s (empty) to 0.15m/s (full load 1.6 tons). The vibration amplitude during the lifting process is ≤2mm, ensuring the safety of precision instrument handling.
Height coverage range: the standard model has a lifting height of 1.6-3.5 meters, and the special model can reach 5.5 meters, suitable for medium-sized shelves to high-level three-dimensional warehouses.
Optimized space utilization: the minimum height of the fork from the ground is only 85-90mm, which can be directly inserted into the bottom of the pallet.

The wooden box packaging is made of solid wood or plywood, and the stacker body is fixed with iron hoops or ropes inside to prevent the equipment from being deformed or parts from falling off due to vibration or collision during transportation. The box design needs to customize the base according to the size of the equipment, and accurately locate the lifting point to ensure loading and unloading safety.

Key parts (such as motors and sensors) are wrapped with EPE foam material to reduce the impact of transportation shock on precision parts.
