I. Equipment pretreatment Power off and lock: Turn off the power and remove the key to ensure that the lift platform limit lock is locked. Battery and accessories handling: (1) The battery must be removed and stored separately to avoid short circuit or leakage during transportation. (2) Small items such as chargers and tools are placed in a shockproof box for fixation.
II. Key parts protection 1. Wrap vulnerable areas 2. Cover the display screen, control panel, etc. with anti-scratch film, and reinforce the fork with wooden strips. Install rubber corner guards on the wheels and mast to prevent collisions. Overall fixing solution: Customize a wooden frame or metal frame to fix the vehicle body, focusing on restraining the fork and lifting mechanism. Adopt the "six-sided suspended fixing method" and reserve 2-3cm buffer space inside.
III. Transportation protection measures Environmental adaptability treatment Wrap the battery with waterproof film in humid environments, and add anti-static bags to electrical components. Check the battery insulation measures during high-temperature transportation to avoid overheating.
Loading and Unloading Procedures
When loading and unloading with a forklift, a balancer must be used and the tilt angle must not exceed 15°.
Do not mix with liquids such as lubricants.
