How to pack and ship a manual truck?
When packing a manual truck, you need to pay attention to structural protection and component fixation. The following are the specific steps:
1. Lowering the fork and basic disassembly
Lower the fork to the lowest position, and the handle operation must comply with the standard process.
If the truck has detachable parts (such as handles, hydraulic devices), it is recommended to disassemble it first to reduce the volume.
2. Protection and fixation
Use foam paper or bubble film to wrap vulnerable parts (such as hydraulic rods, fork joints) to prevent bumps during transportation.
Use straps or strapping tape to fix the fork to the frame to avoid shaking. If using steel buckles or strapping pliers, make sure the lock is secure.
3. External packaging
Preferably choose to pack with a loading bag or waterproof film. If you need to pack in a carton, fill the gap with fillers (such as waste paper, foam). Heavy parts (such as the base) can be reinforced separately and sealed with tape.
4. Labeling and inspection
The outer packaging must be marked with "fragile" and "do not press" and other instructions, and all fixing points must be checked to ensure they are secure.
