Full-Electric Mini-Reach Lift Stacker Shipping and Packaging Guide:

Packing 1 -    Packing2 -     Packing 3
I. Pre-Shipping Preparations
Equipment Inspection and Verification:
Confirm that the equipment weight does not exceed the rated lifting capacity and verify that the cargo is securely strapped.
Adjust the fork spacing to ensure even cargo distribution and avoid uneven loading.
Mast Operation Specifications: Tilt forward when inserting into the stack, and tilt backward after loading, keeping the cargo close to the fork walls.

Transportation Options:
Choose sea freight (for large quantities, economical) or air freight (for small quantities, urgent) based on the shipping distance and urgency.
For export shipments, confirm the destination port's acceptance conditions in advance, especially for equipment containing lead-acid batteries.

Document Preparation:
For lithium battery equipment, prepare documents such as an MSDS, a transport inspection report, and a dangerous goods packaging certificate.
For export declarations, provide a commercial invoice, bill of lading, packing list, and certificate of origin.

II. Professional Packaging Specifications
Packaging Structure Design: Use 90*90mm LVL plywood for the load-bearing structure, and 15mm plywood for the bottom plate. The wooden box panels are made of 10mm plywood, with 80*40mm LVL reinforcement strips.
The equipment's four wheels are suspended and fixed, and the bottom support is secured with wood screws.

Internal Protection Measures: Initially wrap with stretch film and bubble wrap, then place in a moisture-proof vacuum bag and evacuate.
The battery is secured separately to prevent collision with the main unit and packaged in an anti-static bag.
Critical areas are cushioned with polyethylene (PE) or polyurethane (PU) foam (density 20-30 kg/m³).
External Labeling Requirements: The outer box must clearly indicate the product name, weight, safety label, and battery information.
Affix fragile and moisture-proof labels, as well as arrows indicating proper placement.
For hazardous materials, adhere to regulatory requirements for hazardous material labeling.

III. Special Transportation Requirements

Packing Technical Points

Typically, 40HQ containers are used for shipment. After loading, the equipment is secured with straps.
Wheels are secured with wooden blocks to prevent movement, and a safe distance is maintained between equipment. Removable parts (such as shovels) should be placed on one side of the container.

Securing and Protecting: Use nylon straps to secure large equipment using a double-X diagonal lashing method.
Protruding parts of the vehicle (such as rearview mirrors) require additional protection to prevent scratches.
The transport vehicle should be equipped with anti-vibration devices, and a smooth, less bumpy route should be chosen.
