Step 1: Pallet positioning
Place the empty pallet on a flat surface, insert the manual oil drum truck from the side of the pallet, and ensure that the grab hook is 20cm away from the edge of the pallet to avoid collision.
Step 2: Clamping and lifting oil drums
Operate the hydraulic handle (shift to "lift"), press up and down to close the grab hook and lift the oil drum. The lifting height needs to be slightly higher than the pallet layer height (usually 15-20cm).
Step 3: Accurate stacking
Move the truck to the target position of the pallet, shift the handle to "down" to release the oil drum, and complete the single-layer stacking; repeat the operation until the pallet is full (usually 4-6 drums per pallet).
