The pressure relief valve of the oil drum truck adopts the manual operation mode of pure mechanical design, which can freely adjust the height of the cylinder.
The hand-rotating oil cylinder pressure relief device is used. The operator adjusts the internal pressure of the oil cylinder by rotating the pressure relief valve to control the lifting speed and staying height of the oil barrel.
The pure mechanical structure does not require electricity or complex hydraulic system. It can be adjusted only by manual force, reducing the risk of failure and improving the operation response speed.
The knob can be rotated clockwise/counterclockwise to gradually release or maintain the oil cylinder pressure. The oil barrel height changes steplessly, supporting millimeter-level precision adjustment, suitable for different operation scenarios

Package Type: We use double-layer thickened bubble film to fully wrap precision parts such as hydraulic cylinders and gear sets, forming a 5cm thick buffer layer to reduce bumps and impacts. At the same time, pearl cotton gaskets are superimposed on vulnerable parts such as handles and casters to prevent surface scratches caused by friction. We also use bubble film with a stretch rate of 300% to spirally wrap along the contour of the equipment, and use pre-stretching technology to enhance the fit of the film layer to achieve 360° coverage of the machine without dead angles.
