Shipping and fixing specifications
Transportation posture locking
The forks are fully retracted to the middle position and lowered to the lowest point, and the mast remains vertical.
Enable the mechanical brake + emergency stop button, and install anti-displacement wedges on the wheel hub.
Loading and unloading operation requirements
Use a forklift to lift the bottom of the fuselage (hook-on forks are prohibited), and the wire rope must be covered with anti-slip rubber sleeves during hoisting.
When the slope is greater than 7°, reverse and go down, and the fork direction is consistent with the direction of travel.
Vehicle fixing points
Rubber shock-absorbing pads are laid between the equipment base and the bottom plate of the carriage, and cross-fixed with anti-skid chains with a tension of ≥5 tons.
The stack height is ≤300mm, and it is prohibited to operate the lifting and walking functions at the same time during transportation.
III. Document and handover management
List of documents accompanying the box
Required information: operating instructions, warranty card, safety inspection report, battery charging and discharging records.
Special documents: cold storage equipment weld flaw detection report (if applicable), explosion-proof certification documents.
On-site acceptance process
The recipient needs to check the appearance of the equipment (hydraulic pipe sealing, tire pressure).
Power-on test basic functions: fork lifting response, emergency stop button effectiveness
