Manual Straddle Stacker

Manual Straddle Stacker is a material handling equipment with human operation as the core power, designed for efficient stacking and handling of palletized goods in narrow warehouses or workshops. It clamps the pallet directly from the top or both sides of the goods through a straddle structure (gantry or U-shaped frame), without the need to insert the pallet bottom with the help of a forklift, and is suitable for vertical stacking and horizontal transfer of standardized pallets (such as European standard pallets and Sichuan pallets).

Construction : handling in container yards and construction sites.

Move the straddle carrier to the front of the container, manually adjust the height of the spreader to align it vertically with the top corner fitting of the container, and ensure that the spreader lock is fully embedded and locked. After reaching the target stack, fine-tune the spreader height step by step through hydraulic control to ensure that the container is aligned with the box or skid below to avoid the misalignment of the corner fittings and damage to the box structure.

Manual operation does not generate sparks or electromagnetic fields, suitable for oil depots and chemical warehouses.

The surface adopts high-temperature spraying or electroplating process, which improves the acid and alkali corrosion resistance by 50% and extends the service life of the equipment.

Package Type:

Wooden box or pallet and stretch film. Generally, we use pallets and stretch film for packaging. Some products are also packed in wooden boxes according to customer's customization. For larger straddle carriers, we use a split packaging solution: the mast, forks, wheels and other parts are disassembled and packaged independently to reduce transportation risks.
